Had a really bad experience with my friends at bliss. Their standard of service is really poor. This place here change customer's drinking glasses to plastic cups when it's near to closing time. I don't know whether they're doing it so that they can wash the cups and go home earlier or what, this is such a rude practice!

We decided to speak to one of their staff and asked if the manager is around. She replied 'the manager, the boss and the owner all 3 are here,which one do you want to see?' and when we wanted to speak to either one, she refused and insisted that writing to them is much more effective than speaking to them (HUH?). To quote her, 'Speaking to them is useless,really.' Then she gave us reasons that customers are breaking their glasses and even using the glasses to break their windows (Err..). She even explained that they will only keep the heavier glasses (eg, those beer mugs) and leave the lighter glasses (like the one i was drinking my lychee martini with).

Soon after she left, two staff came over and tried to change my drinking glass. WHO DRINKS LYCHEE MARTINI ON A PLASTIC CUP??? After I told them I prefer to drink from my glass, both looked impatiently at their watches and told me it's near to closing times. The first one said he will come back later. The second one, whom i requested to speak to the manager again, stared and asked me 'you want the manager?' and she walked off just like that. And so the manager came, I asked if it's any issue i drink from my glass, his reply was 'Yes it's an issue, we're about to close soon and we need the glass by 2am.' The manager gave me a timing and he just walked away. This whole incident spoilt our night and we're never going back to this lousy place again.

Btw, it's not just me who thinks their service standard is really poor. This place's service has been rated poor by a well-known f&b forum as well.

Seriously, I had never drink wine or lychee martini in a plastic cup.

And must agree that the service is in need of major improvements.

During new year, i went there b4.
I waited more than 30mins for my dish.
When i asked one of them, he helped me checked and said "sorry, they are preparing."
another 10mins pass.the manager or wad said "out of stock"
when we are packeting n leave.
they serve us and said. its our's
lolx.
but that day is NEW YEAr hence nv blame them.
but bad impression for tis is my first time visit BLISS

Yes.. thanks for sharing.. at least I know this is a place I never step into.. btw, who says we need to pay alot to get service? sometimes there are places where you pay hundreds, but you get shitty services, and to all these places, it is a matter of time where they will close down due to no business.

I use to goes there for my dinner...as quite near to my place...well maybe their glasses had been stolen or loss ba that y such a drastic measure...however, it still a nice place for a good ambience facing the reservoir.. hopefully they will have the concept of customer is alway rite mindset soon...
