I got experience a bitch officer in my camp because I am still serving ns. She everyday mark me..everything also give me do than her other subordinates slack around and sleep while i do all the work..than I help her do so much work she also don't appreciate..when there are mistakes or I didn't do it well, she will scold and nag..

Erm... my own experience aren't that bad, as compared to my other colleagues, who kena backstab a lot of times.

Once, one of my lady boss complain about me to another colleague. Yet, when she saw me, there wasn't any sign of her being unhappy with me... still laugh & joke with me, & even COMPLAIN to me about our big boss.

I got a colleague who is super naggy, kpo and like to eat snake a lot for example I'm not under her but she will nag at me abt my work, ask me to help her etc, if u tell her something the whole office sure know and if she need to go bank, post office etc sure took up at least 3 hours or more. Bty she always like to act that she sick and then come for work but will say really not feeling well must go see doctor and take mc.

Just here to share what my friend had spoke to me. Though I am a lady myself, I sincerely agree to the concept. She told me that the reason that guys usually are high flyers because they do not pay any attention to office politics. For example, if you say something wrong to them, they will just forget it and continue life as it is. But for ladies, they do most of the time bear grudges and try their means to squeeze you out of the group or office.
Therefore, most of the time in offices, the ones who start the office politics are ladies rather than men. I totally agree to this concept cause I was also oozed out of the previous job due to the women in my office had issues. So the concept is never cross a woman's path. You do not know what they will do. And of course in nature, women are more emotional compared to men. So now I am trying to work out the man's concept of doing things. Hehe... wonder if it works for me. :biggrin4:
