There are more to pills and condoms...

Haha. Both got different types, different brands, etc... I give a few examples.
For females. Be careful of using
Durex Extra Safe. Quite a few girls are allergic to the spermicide, therefore will develop UTI (the infection of the XXX, haha) after use. If that happens, or your XXX is itchy after use, don't use that one again.
Consuming pills will develop side effects, like mood swings, delaying of menses, insomnia, etc. Some people will even gain weight/have water retention after consumption... Birth control pills are also used to treat acne (for e.g. Diane-35 is pretty popular for that) and regulate menses for those who have painful cramps or frequent spotting/irregular menses. In contrary to what people think, pills don't usually affect childbirth in future.
If let's say, you had unprotected sex, or somehow the condom ripped, you can go to the doctor and ask for a "Morning After Pill", an emergency contraceptive pill that you have to consume within 72 hours (3 days). The earlier you take it, the better... preferably within 24 hours after having sex. It's also called the "Post-Coital Pill", by professionals. Most clinics should have it.
For Depo-Provera and Lunelle (both injections), it's not expensive and it can be done at SGH. Moreover it's safer than condoms.

If you're not scared of needles, use this instead. Condoms are only 75% safe without spemicide. I prefer this to be done by specialists (from hospitals), more reliable.
