It's Awon Korean Restaurant at Excelsor Hotel Level 4. They serve very authentic Korean Food (The boss is a Korean) and they have value for money set lunches at $8 or $9.
The set lunch ranges from Ginseng chicken to BBQ beef/chicken/pork/fish to Ramen and Bibimbap. Very delicious with 4 types of Korean appetisers (Kimchi, beancurd, anchovies and radish). The best part is you can ask for refills for these appetisers and their staff are very very friendly.

If you like buffets, they also serve BBQ buffet lunch and dinners at less than $20 .

If you refering to Novena Square2, 3rd floor are all selling Korean stuff including a Korean Restaurant.

It you refering to the link from Novena link to Velocity, the 4th sty food court got one Korean Stall, the food not bad quite tasty. :mellow3:
