Body

Requirements: -

Toned body
Firm, velvety skin
Gravity-defying bust and butt
Maintenance: -

Monthly:

A lymphatic drainage massage will aid your body in flushing out excess water and toxins, the main cellulite-causing culprits. Waxing is also compulsory for fuzz-free, close-up-friendly skin.

Thrice weekly:

Exercise! Working up a good sweat not only makes your body look good, it also helps you feel good about yourself. Make sure you do at least 30 to 45 minutes of cardio exercise, like running, dancing and swimming, to get that toned physique you – and casting agents – will be proud to show off.

Daily:

After showering, slather on body lotion to keep your skin supple and soft.

Eye

Daily:

You’re never too young to use an eye cream. To apply, scoop some cream with your ring finger and lightly tap it on the area around your eyes to promote blood circulation and de-puff your blinkers. A beauty trick used by Taiwanese and Japanese celebs: wear contact lenses that enlarge the pupils.

Skin

Get a facial! It’s no longer the tai-tai hobby only mums indulge in.

Weekly:

At home, use a sheet mask to give your tired skin a radiance boost. Remember to exfoliate your skin first to clear away pore-clogging build-up that could lead to a breakout.

Daily:

If you aren’t already following a basic three-step cleansing regime, you should start now. Skin’s metabolism slows down in our 20s so it’s wise to start using anti-ageing skincare to keep fine lines and visible pores at bay.

Hair

Treat your crowning glory to a hair mask. Just like your skin, hair needs a weekly dose of extra hydration and anti-ageing care.

Daily:

Given Singapore’s humid weather, we strongly suggest you shampoo and condition once a day. If you use styling products heavily, be sure to use a clarifying shampoo every so often to get rid of build-up. Never blow-dry your hair without first applying some serum or leave-in conditioner.
