Did anyone had bad experiences with those beauty salons?

For example, I went to quite a number of beauty salons before. There are some which practically force / insist you to get those cosmetics etc which do s*** for you. Those people just rattle and rattle and rattle.
When we tell them we got better stuffs, they start to doubt you and shoot all sort of questions at you as if you are a noob.

Another example is that they convince you to go for their treatment. When you paid for it and go for the treatment, they will cheat you as in they will ask you to sign up for another treatment and as a result you pay more. Another type is that they only have half the job done. Yes I know I have the right to reject, as a first-timer (at that point of time), how would I know what's right and what's wrong?

I am not really complaining here but I just want some to know that don't be convinced into signing up for those treatments which do crap for you. & They usually will start rattling about their products & most of the time the products don't work. So you can just say.. I am not interested. -_-

Sell flowers will say their flowers are nice.
Sell fruits will say their fruits are fresh.

Business is always like this. We can't blame the people from being so upselling of their products.

You can't stop them from upselling their products but you can stop yourself from buying them.

Some of the products may be good and some may not.
Depends on individual especially when it comes to cosmetics and hair products.

why dont you just remain oblivious to their ranting about their products, just smile, nod, and then keep quiet and forget whatever they said?

when you go to a beauty salon, just get what you initially want to get done and leave.. dont bother replying them..

better yet, act attentive, let them show and demo every stuff they want... at the end of the day after a long long saliva wasting talk, just say not interested and leave..

sometiems when i kena trapped by those sales people its what i do.... exact revenge on the spot.. if you got the time to play their game

Just reject and say not interested immediately. But cant blame them, that's the life of the sales personnels~

oh well, yeah. I just want to let those first-timers know. After first experience, lesson learnt -_-

& I hope people to know that some salons will sort of trick you to sign another contract (when you are already in one) and force you to pay more.
