Sorry to say, I dislike that place. =X If you haven booked, I will suggest you to go Harris Batam Resort.

I had very bad service there, nothing much to do.. the place very run down.. the room not nice..l.

hmm...I went there twice a few years ago and the service then was pretty good. I'm not to sure how is it like now...but there isn't much to do there. When I was there my sis and I either went swimming or go down to the beach and play. Oh and also go to the spa and use their suana. LOL

Aiyo at least you can tell me something about the place ha ha ha

Actually if I am not wrong I did some research and some say that they renovated and I dont know if now the place is run down. As for nothing to do, well I can understand as it is just a place for you to relax. Unless you need to take a cab for travelling. Actually I have firm up the details and going there next week. I hope evrything will be alright.

Food and lodging and spa is inclusive and I hope it will be good..... lol
