Some people might call it backstab. Others might call it doing their job. Who is right?

Its really a grey area...Personally, if I can cover and its not serious then I will let it past. But if things get out of line and I think its really serious, then I blieve being the 'bad guy' is unavoidable.

I wont backstab others to gain promotion but I will backstab if that's the only option.

Its really something we cannot guarantee about. Circumstances can prove to be sticky and you will not know what u will do.

But isnt that how the corporate world nowadays work? Face the harsh and cruel reality of the modern world, you cant expect yourself to be safe even if you dun back-stab and do your role. Sometimes, thats the rule of surviving. Like what Ican had said, u dun always have a choice.

Kill others first or be killed by others..If you choose the second option, maybe you should go into social services where pay is not high and things are going very gentle, you hardly see back-stabbers.

Ask yourself again, is there a disinction between good and evil and is justice always done. Without the goodness in the world , we will not know whats evil and without evil, we never know how good is good. You just play a part in the way god wants the world to create.

Its hard to say, almost all corporate leaders play politics but they still gain respect but they have put themselves in a spot where pple will any time turn their backs on them. Isnt that so tiring?

Backstabbing is just part and parcel of workplace politcs.It's just how you play it.Some people use low-handed ways to play it,some just use high-handed ways to play it.People who have worked for quite a while will understand what i'm trying to say.
It's not being backstabbed that's important.It's about not getting backstabbed that's more important.LOL....it's like 'Survivor' in the working world.:rock:
