Anyone had this problem? Recently my back is hurting so so badly that I keep pressing my back. Any ways to erase the pain ?

especially if it is persistent and affects your everyday life

See doctor always is my last resort. Expensive and may not be effective. Polyclinic is far. So I rather find any other thing to cure, last resort then doctor.

io only got dis prob when i has PMS arh ...~~~

u try put those stiker type de mediated oil... e.g. tiger balm de...
when u r slping, my mum backpain oso paste one... den next day nt so pain liao...

ya better c a doctor. Remember dun take sour/acidic food. It will worsen your backache.
