does it comes with english language? and is it possible to use debit card with cirrus function etc.
too poor to apply for credit card lah

Total SGC$: 1,138.25 | Re: ATM in Japan Unfortunately for you, many ATMs in Japan do not accept cards issued outside Japan. However, fret not! The ATMs in all 7-Eleven outlets do accept foreign-issued cards and best thing is, their menus have option in English!
Before you go, better check if your card is accepted by international ATMs. |

Katakana and Hiragana are written Japanese syllabaries. Hiragana is more cursive and rounded, whereas Katakana is square-ish in appearance and commonly used for writing foreign loan words. |

But you can withdraw at the Tokyo Post office.. rem to draw more than enuff .. if not you have to keep on going there to withdraw and also .. they dont open 24 hrs. If I remember correctly, they open during office hours only. |
