Aiyah. It's the Bananas lahh. Those Bananas. If only I could find the usual bananas. Sometimes, these things happen. Ingredients very important. Next time, I don't do last minute orders.

Yea.. different kinds of banana affects the outcome n taste..
in making banana cakes or even fried bananas, they all will use different kind one..
cuz the taste, sweetness, texture different

Yar, true. Many types of bananas used for different purposes. Even goreng pisang use special type. Must get the same bananas...cannot change. So far, I always only use the same type. Yesterday....those bananas sold out.

It's ok. I should thank u. But I think I should be the one to explain about the pancakes delivery, so that's what I did. 1) it was last min so couldn't find the right bananas. 2) it was late and took longer than expected to get to the location.
