On the contrary, I would say Apple products, in general, are suitable for both normal users and creative professionals. You can do basic stuff like text-editing to more advanced stuff like 3D modelling (using tools like modo). If you want to play games, a simple dual-boot to Windows solves the problem. Besides, I'm not sure of your definition of "normal users".
Gamers, of course, are definitely not "normal users", but are instead "power users". I think the Mac Pro can handle them just fine, even if it is a tad expensive at S$4588, but you get what you pay for.  | |

Macbook Air is only an applicable choice if you really need ultra portability... Its more suitable for ppl who always requires to do presentation outside... It is design solo-ly for portability and low end processes... It shouldnt be associated with playing games and other high performance stuff...
