Being STK, STE, or STM, they all belong to the ST family. Same policy. Office politics is something u cant avoid, then as wat the rest of the guys say, old birds bully new birds. If u ask me, I seriously dun advise you take up the position. Try find greener grass out there!!!! Why must you jump into a well when everyone is trying to climb out of it??? Anyway, I have emphasis many times, choice is yours. If you find the 20% increase in pay is tempting and u can live with all the watever decisions they made, go ahead. But juz a reminder, once in a while there is major retrenchment in the company, so your MC, leaves, especially appraisal all come in. Even you have worked for 10 over years in the company, your chance of getting retrenched is still there. Plus if your superior dun like you, you better start flipping thru the Straits Times again. |

the big boss tell me guarantee no retrcement at their side.Anyway,if it is turn out to be bad, just take it as a steping stone for higher pay or position.
By the way, which company are you in now>?>?
