Just curious, anyone in here wanna be a designer in the future? or anyone in here already be a real designer ?

oh, which media platform u wanna be? hehe cuz there's lot of media out there.. from magazine, newspaper, tv, internet, etc..

well maybe u havent found what you really want or obsession is, take ur time and after u experience what it takes to be a real designer in real life then u can decide whether is it ur dream job or a suitable job for u or not

yep, but which specific area u wanna be in game designer industry?

do u wanna be the game character designer/modeller?
do u wanna be the game environmental designer/artist?
do u wanna be the game interface designer?

cuz its impossible to be game designer that cover everything, in fact when u go to work in game company u can only focus and do one thing

well just wanna share with u guys.. i came from lasalle-sia and studied visual communicationd design which supposed to be my obsession.

and then after i step into real designer job in real life, its definitely 360 degrees totally different from school life. In school, they dont teach how to deal with real-life clients.

In fact, they give u a project brief to do (which u do it for urself) and they will tell u which one is good or bad. And they always give 1 week timeline deadline for the next revision.

So yeah, after i get a real graphic designer job.. it opens my eyes and i would say.. it's a tough job. If u dont have a big determination or deep passion for it, maybe u should ask urself again

wow. sounds tough.
im studying media design in ITE. plan to go on study design in poly.

in fact, i do like film/video but. well. sure cant get into fsv in np so, choose other ways to get to film/video

thinking of doing part time courses for anything like animation 2d/3d. i think drawing anime is cool.
