And when im really sad if someone passed away, i cant seem to cry at all, no matter how closed i am to them. The only times i tear is either im tired, or a like when im typing now, Tear for nothing. Anyone got this case before? :disgust2:
Somehow.. i jus wanna know, what this world is..
What this world is filled with, What this world means to me..
And what you are to me..

We all go through ups and downs in our mood. Sadness is a normal reaction to life’s struggles, setbacks, and disappointments. We may feel “down in the dumps” for a short period of time, but gradually the painful feelings dissipate and we move on with our lives—often the wiser for the experience. But if these feelings of sadness don't go away or if they are so intense that they interfere with your ability to work, study, eat, sleep, and enjoy life, you may be suffering from depression. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, 1 in 10 American adults—or approximately 21 million people―suffer from a depressive illness each year . What are the signs and symptoms of depression?
More than just temporary blue mood, the despondency of depression is unrelenting and overwhelming. Some people describe it as “living in a black hole” or having a feeling of impending doom. They can't escape their unhappiness and despair. However, some people with depression don't feel depressed at all. Rather than sad, they feel lifeless and empty. In this apathetic state, they are unable to experience pleasure. Even when participating in activities they used to enjoy, they feel as if they're just “going through the motions.”
For a more complete look at the signs of depression, see the chart below. The symptoms vary from person to person, and they may wax and wane in severity over time |

I'm not that severe as you do at times.. lol. As in, I don't type half way and I tear-ed. I do tear. I do cry. Sometimes, even without a reason.. and I just feel like tearing. That's all.
But I get over pretty quickly.
I'm very emotional too - just like wish_mistress. Geez. |

The truth is, we do have our "down-est" periods at times.. What to do? Life's not as promising as what some might think. There's always obstacles ahead of us.. waiting for us to overcome it. What to do, what to do!
But well, it's good to stay happy and be optimistic. (might be tough for some people tho!) I think I'm a half-half. 50-50 la. Geez. |
