sometimes they wil tell u count urself lucky they didnt ask u to pay the minimal no. of days unworked for, i.e. the termination notice period... so they wont pay the one day's effort | |

Bugerboi, you should bug them for payment!
If I am not wrong, under the law, any employee who worked for a minimum of three days are supposed to be paid. However, if below 3 days, the company has the right to refuse payment.
You have worked for three days, that should be enough to warrant payment. Besides, you did not ask to leave, they did, so it isn't considered breaching of any contract.
Telesales is a tough and unappreciated job. I avoid it like the plague. | |
