i was offered a job at enyouth and its a network marketing company..
i was wondering if its a scam.. so if any of you heard of this company pls give me feedbacks yeah.. thanks.

Network marketing is a vehicle for SELF-EMPLOYMENT, not a job unless you are talking about being a front desk or administrative staff which EVERY company needs, MLM or not.

Not all NM are scams. There are black shops in every industry. You just need to open your eyes wide and analyse carefully to see if these NM vehicles are suitable for you.

Some are very established but difficult to make money due to their huge market penetration. Some are very new but you have to judge their strength in sustaining their growth for the long term. It's always wise to have a mixture of both establishment and growth.

I have been a corporate Trainer at a MLM company for many years before.. and my advice is to do a thorough check into the company's website; attend several meetings and ask yourself if YOU will buy their products. Do all these BEFORE signing up! If your friends pressurize you to sign up then that's not right!

Awards for MLM companies doesn't really mean anything. Integrity, quality of products, corporate culture, the management, the system & the type of people in the MLM company are more important. You have to be convinced and be comfortable with the people, the system and the products.

Do not go for MLM company lar. Wait you end up spending your own money instead of earning from the MLM.

Not true lah! There ARE people who did very well in MLM.

Initially you have to invest some money to buy the products for yourself. Obviously, you have to purchase only products you need and not stock up just for a little bit of discount. Use the products and see if it works for you. If it does, then you can start telling your family and friends about it confidently. Try not to hard sell as people hate being forced to buy things.

MLM is like setting up your own supply company minus the overheads. As your customer base grows you will get better and better rebates from the manufacturer. You can entice your customers to join you IF they want to.

What gives MLM such a bad name is the way distributors oversell the products by making all kinds of claims in curing this and that...Also, people are pressurized to sign up quickly and told they can earn tens of thousands of dollars within 6 months or less. THIS is all bullshit!

As with all kinds of businesses, it takes time, effort and a lot of patience to establish the business. If you are committed and self-disciplined, MLM is for you. But if you are only interested in the $$$ and not the hard work, forget MLM.

Having a good mentor helps. One who is serious about training you and helping you build your network. Often, MLM networkers are disappointed because their uplines (mentors) were so enthusiastic in the beginning and failed to help as promised. However, you must not expect your mentors to do everything for you lah. Once you've learnt the ropes of the trade you must be independently working. When you have downlines, you need to be a mentor to them also.

MLM is legalized by the government and the reputable companies are all members of the Direct Sales Association of Singapore. Check out mlmscam.com for companies that are being sued becos if they are, you are at a risk of not getting your commissions if the company is in trouble.
