I want to buy a second-hand laptop . i m willing to pay $200 to $300 for it. i need only 2 functions with the laptop - able to connect to wireless internet, if dont have build-in , never mind , but at least there must be a external device available in the market that can connect the laptop to wireless internet. (like a plug in external harddisk like that) - at least a CD-drive that can allow VCD to be play in the laptop.
