I have ordered 13 items from her before CNY. SO the items reached me yesterday. When I opened the parcel, there is this 4 big problem which is as below:

1) She give me wrong sizes for 2 tops
2) She missed out 1 item, nv reach me.
3) She refunded 1 of the item to me in cash n written in a paper tt during packing tt time she notice it's spoil, so in order for me to get my item fast before CNY she refunded me that items.....but i want tt item..
4) When I paid her through EZ PAy, she told me that the parcel weight ard 7kg so shipping amount is 935NT but when i received the parcel & I saw the delivery order is only 4.41kg and 680NT.... she ate my 255NT...

lol...:speechless: this is my first time dealing with her... I have bombed her email, hope she would reply me asap... Anyone deal with her before? Is she really that blur? Any advice?:cry3:

now u have to email/call her regarding the missing items/wrong sizes and discrepancies in amount for shipping..

work out a calculation over ur side and figure out wat is the differences.. erm, if u wan to exchange the wrong sizes unless u are willing to absorb the shipping charges to taiwan..

it is unlikely tat the seller would wanna bear the cost ya.. to and fro takes time, are u prepare to wait tat long..

as for the differences in amout, i suggest u get seller to rebate/offset from ur next order.. do not let seller refund u through ezpay cos u are unable to withdraw the $$ out unless u have a bank account in taiwan if i am not wrong...

Finally Fish replied, she is willing to to send me the wrong sizes but the shipping fees is bear by me.... :speechless: So she rebate me fr the previous extra charge shipping & I can still get back 35NT....
