Anyone believe in BERMUDA TRIANGLE??? - Singapore's Online Community

The Bermuda Triangle is a strange and mysterious place in the southern Atlantic Ocean. It is roughly the shape of a triangle and it is said to have sucked planes and boats into its dark and murky waters. No one knows what happened to the planes and boats. When some enter the waters of the triangle they disappear forever.

The Bermuda Triangle is an imaginary triangle in the Atlantic Ocean. It starts in Florida and goes to Puerto Rico then to Bermuda then back to Miami. There have been many unexplained disappearances in that area, although many ships and planes go through safely everyday. There have been many disappearances including the WWII airplane squadron Flight 19. Other pilots have reported seeing little balls of light flying next to their airplanes. Some pilots have reported seeing wakes on the water caused by boats,(hundreds of them) but there were no boats in the water. The Mary Celeste was found with no one on board. Some of these mysteries have been linked to science, but what happened to Flight 19 ? There was never any evidence of airplane wreckage.

Many people have tried experiments, but no sure answer has been found. Christopher Columbus said that he saw lights in the sky, and his compass wasn't showing guidance at all. Some scientists believe that the light that they saw go into the water was just a comet that crashed into the ocean, and the compass problem might have been caused by wind or someone with a magnet. Some scientists explain some disappearances caused by natural phenomenon such as lightning or whirlpools. Some people even believe that there are under water causes that sunk some shipsa. One ship was found in a cave. Other people think that some ships went underwater and sunk into sand and are totally covered. The water is so deep that investigators may never know if that happened.

People think that air planes are sucked into a black holes and just disappear. The Black Hole hides behind a cloud. Although some people cross through it everyday, like military carriers and jets and cruises, people are still afraid to even go through it. Other people believe that UFOs have flown down and have captured all of the ships. No one has proved this, but many people have tried. People think that a small UFO has flown down and shot the space shuttle Challenger.

I suspect Bermuda Triangle is one of the places in the world where gravity is extremely strong. I know of a place near Japan or in Japan where the gravity is strong and strange. Whoever goes into the place cannot walk normally. They are suck down on the floor as though they are lying on the floor. They cannot walk but crawl in the place. But Bermuda Triangle is definately much more than gravity problem. Perhaps there are whirlpools inside the water too. Just immagine that the plane was sucked down into sea by the large gravity force, then it also happened that a whirlpool appeared, sucking the plane even downwards in the sea, burying the plane in the seabed. Thats what i can think of for the moment =)

hmm, interesting statement but i doubt so. I dont think theres such cases as the gravity in one place is much more stronger than on other place. unless u can show some evidence.

At first, i do believe that the bermuda triangle exists and the incidents happening were real. but as the years go by, i read up on many books and do a lil bit of research and actually found out some interesting facts. And it has got nth to do at all with phenomenon activity.

Many reports made on the incidents happening in the triangle were actually inaccurate and incorrect. Some of the incidents did happened but never happen within the triagle itself. Other incidents were exaggerated and some others were made up.

For natural explanations, the triangle area actually has methane hydrates all over the place. Which may explain ships sinking faster and piston-type engine aircrafts to lose power from their engine cause of these methane release. Other natural activities were freak waves and hurricanes..

I guess the place is strong with magnetic forces that many ships and planes just sink deep into the ocean.. The compass will not work then..

frankly say if it got to do with magetic then i think the ship won be sinking.as u all know long time ago there are also many wooden ship that sunk in the triangle. but there is a way to find out wat is in the triangle. the way is to get a person to swim in to it. as long time ago there is a boy who swam across it but i can't really rmb when just that i know of this story

Lol, i dun understand what u type, No offend but i dun noe abt a wooden ship sinking, even if there is, the might might be wearing a metal band or any metallic on his body thus being attracted down due to the super strong magnectic forces??

Wow, there's such place in Japan? Where?? Open to tourists not?

Haha that i dont know, but perhaps its not japan, but somewhere there. My info might not be accurate, but im sure there is this place on earth

err actually at the exact opposite of the spot where Bermuda Triangle is, is another area near Taiwan which had many cases similar to the ones in Bermuda Triangle. Some experts actually think that this 2 places IS related to each other

yes i believe becos many lost ships & planes are not found, even thought many years. So i believe either its the gravitational forces or its alien presence. The world is so big, you wouldnt know what's the mystery behind right? anyway currently there are still many mystic creatures that we may not have even seen before, under deep waters.

i dont really believe its due to gravitational force. if it does, almost every ship and planes that went thru it were either bound to sink or crash into the sea.

I believe its due to gravity. It's kinda like the mystery spot too. XD
