u dun hv to noe how to swim one cos they did it in shallow pond. it's easy but quite tiring cos u got to go agst the water resistance.

hey, you staying at the west too! well you can go to the swimming complex to get more inform about it. they do conduct aqua aerobics lessons, one place to share will be the new complex at upper jurong west.
