I exprience this when i was slepping . Sometimes when i started to fall asleep , then dunno why i like fall down from very high . My head like falling down and i knock on my bed .
But when i see i actually was lying on the bed ... but i think over again my head was falling but my bed is flat ...
anybody know why ?

I had a dream before falling at great height. off a abadon building but always half way im wake up already.. but the background and the place its like very creepy dark arua around. haha everythings so dark theres only railings and storys on grounds nothing else.

I also experienced this before...
Had a dream, jumping off a cliff...den the speed of the fall accelerated until very fast and den suddenly wake up. Still can feel the downward momentum sia..

But still dunno why.

oh this i also got experience b4 but wad i heard the reason for u having this kinda feeling is dat ur heart is not beating or beating at a very slow speed so ur brain will generate something liddat to make u wake up den ur heart beat will be faster. Sounds logic to me =)

lol i dream before drop from a great height, then the heart like floating already cant stand it, then wake up, then i can still feel the resistance of the bed against me. quite fun though O.O

sometimes also i wake up then suddenly all limbs fling into the air very violently, like something press against me then i try to break free, then it suddenly it releases its force on me and i jump up.

Its something like out of body experience....
I read it somewhere abt astral projection, whereby your astral body (not your spirit) leaves the body. When it returns, you will feel the sudden drop, as if you are falling down from very high up.
