when i was in sec school, we were made to do mass runs TWICE a week...and we also run during PE lessons. i maintained my weight throughout my four years & had a sharp face. but after Olevels, no one to force me to exercise..now my face is very fat...very obvious when i take photos and compare with last year's.

exercise is very important. going swimming later haha

exercise must be relax but prolong one.. if much effort is needed, then muscles may form then will grow bigger

I agree...i try to swim really slowly but always cant maintain the slow pace...

One thing u can try is skipping
it burns alot of energy but wun get you alot of muscles

I have been trying to slim down since i was 16
I grew very fat at around 15 at the weight of 59 going 60 Kg at 1.60m
All kinnda slim tips.. like cut down carbo, drink more cold water, jogging, have yogurt religiously as breakfast, straving myself .. All kinddas..
Some how i cannot slack on the diet because once i allow myself to think that i am of the ok weight, i will eat alot and grow fat again...

i've one but dunno whether its works.. Climb staircase when goin home.. e.g if u stayin on the 7th floor.. dun take lift.. climb the stairs.. normally its quite hard initially.. so as a start mayb u can tk the lift to the 4th floor then climb 3 floors.Hope it works..

hmmm ... actually this is a quite a slow method i guess ... most efficient will be just go for a jogging constantly
