Hey!
I'm searching for places with good food and prices not more than $40 per pax.
Cos i want to bring some frens along and dine together and have a good time.
Any suggestions?

you can try a japanese restaurant at raffles city shopping centre basement 1. if you can come out with a higher budget, a 50 dollars, i will recommend you to try a yakotori bbq japanese restaurant located near the raffles arcade. it's actually a shop but i have forgotten the name of the restaurant. it does have japanese buffet. very nice.

Actually a lot of places you can go to with that budget. You should narrow it down a little, maybe cuisine, buffet or a la carte etc etc.
