You don't need to draw very well to have great flash and photoshop skills, but knowing how to draw and practice your drawing is beneficial.

i tried some google n yahoo but due to my english power , some of dem got pics but the explanations i dun really understand....so looking for some course to take up on but not those expensive one coz i saw some dip course really ex.....

Yeah such courses are very expensive.I learnt the basics before but not yet advance.For flash,you don't need to draw very well but just get hold of the skills and neither do photoshop requires you to draw very well.Maybe you can try meddling with Flash & photoshop during your leisure time?I guess you will be able to pick up some skills that you never learn before.

Try reading some tutorials.
Do a google search on Photoshop or flash tutorials.
There is sure alot.
Thats hw I learn photoshop and illustrator.
Also, trial and error is also a good way to learn.
