hmmm if i'm not too late since i just saw this topic.

the cheapest xbox360/games that i know of is from computex computer services or something, at upper serangoon shopping centre.

i've been going to this guy since i was 9 i think, i'm 23 now. guaranteed not a black shop or w/e, the building might be seedy and rundown but he's not.

only issue with him is that he no longer deals in *ahem* stuff. and he's closed on mondays too.
