Consists of health treatments and healthy food. It is somewhat like a restaurant. And I think they used tcm or something. I'm not sure about it's name but the interior is in red and white. Ok I think the name is red and white too? Not so sure.
You can try fruit juices like boost which is supposed to be healthy too. Alternatively, gyms that offer health programmes do have healthy cafes and a nutritionist on standby.
Be aware that vegetarian food does not necessarily mean healthy as to make it more tasty, it is often deep fried and oily. In the end, it might be less healthier than other form of meaty products. At least, meat gives you protein, necessary for building muscles. |
