well... sometimes its good to forget some1 else u ever been with... but sometimes, thinking of the past memory (good memory), it may sometimes let you feel 'comfortable' or 'cool'... especially when you are angry or unhappy... As for me, I can only 'buried' the past in my heart and to carry on with my life... but it's easier said than that... as till now, still will wake up in the middle of the night... crying... coz think of her again... which no longer exist anymore... =(
