IVORY COAST - NIGERIA 1:0 ( fantastic goal by Chelsea player Kalou, you must see that)

I am going for ivory to win the competition, they are a better unit compared to the side that lose in the final against hosts Egypt in the last edition.

i think this league is quite underrated coz everybody only bothers about europe. well i guess africa is slowly rising as well. well who knows soon it might be another south america

I agree, there are plenty fantastic players in Africa... every year their team are stronger and stronger..
Who knows maybe on WC 2010, some African team make something amazing...

After 6 games w/o a draw, this morning both games in Group D finish w/o a winner.

FT Tunisia 2 - 2 Senegal
FT South Africa 1 - 1 Angola

hosts Ghana and Morocco can both secure their places in the ¼ finals if they overcome Namibia and Guinea tonight.

Ghana beat Ivory 4-2 to finish 3rd.

Today final, repeat of the group game between Cameroon n Egypt, backing on the underdogs to win it, Eto'o all the way~
