ok... i have seen quite a fair bit of students choosing the wrong course wrong career or path.... n life.... n seems recent years getting worse n worse.... so here few tips...
those taking O and N level be it you are going to JC or ITE or Poly.... think about wat u wan in ur life.... dont wait until u get ur result den start thining... its already too late... by then u will only be left with the chooise u are forced to go with and not wat u wan.... or aim for....
start thinking abt wat u wan 10 yrs down the road.... are u going for a degree??? hw much will the path you choose make out for u... is there a career prospect in the thing u study?? is it wat u studying for interest??? $$$$ or simply being force to... (this pt give up no pt to)
nxt after u have taught abt tat.... start thinking of hw u going to achive wat u wan.... like if u wan to be a aeronotical engineer u need wat subject.... like chemistry? physics? maths?
if u wan to be a doctor.... u need biology? etc.....
study for wat u need to achive and not simply study for the sake of having a cert... which is like wat a lot of degree holders tat grad frm NTU and NUS doing admin job for like 1.2-1.4k salary....
is tat wat u wan??? get a degree n work as a admin clerk and director/manager secretary???
u can start thinking as early as u wan not nesscessary wait till o lv.....
