eh.. announce ur blog url to everyone, i.e. forums, msn, friendster, facebook.. etc. ppl bound to click on it when they are freaking bored..

how about a tagboard? and the layout seems a bit boring leh..

start with ur frens who have blogs bah.. (but is there really a need to link ppl to ur blog? my blog's not linked by many.. but ppl still drop by at my blog leh.. but i guess being linked to more blogs will help to increase traffic.. more or less? personally i write blog just for me to safekeep all the nice memories and for my frens to know abt my updates.. so i dun really care abt the traffic lah..)

erm.. more pictures? the pictures u posted are quite small leh.. plus too few pictures and too wordy.. my frens commented to me b4, they prefer to see more pictures and less words. and maybe u can post more pictures of urself.. make it more personalised.. let ur readers know more abt u lor..

but it seems like u are more interested in IT-related stuff.. which.. erm.. kinda bores me.. (paiseh lah!) but i guess u shd be able to attract others who like IT stuff?

very imptly, update ur blog regularly.. if not, u may lose readers after a while.. ppl will stop visiting ur blog after going there a few times but there's no new entries for them to read.. makes sense to u?

hope my suggestions are useful.. then again, i dun have a lot of readers lah so my advice isnt that fantastic lah! but i'm happy and contented with my blog's stats so far..

Good SEO? Yea like what others also say put your link in your forum sigs, msn nick name etc etc. You could also host contests etc on your site, that would attract quite a number of people if the prizes are attractive. You might consider paid advertisements such as using google to spread the word of your site. however, i don't think it should be necessary unless you are going professional or is earning from that site.

2. How do make my post more interactive? meaning that people would like to respond to it.
People respond when they feel a need to. usually it depends on the post's content. talking on controversial topics usually gets the most comments.

3. Where could I get connect to get more people to link to my blog?
maybe you can try those blogging social networks? submit to directories etc. when you have good content, usually people will start linking up.

Good content that interests me gets me back.

http://www.dmoz.org/ (if you really managed to get in. your site ranking would definitely be much better)
yahoo directories

and you can perhaps search around google according to your site niche and then pair it together with the directories' main focus. Try joining some other webmastering forums, loads of tips and help.
