Default 5-6% inflation

i read ST ytday.
it's talking abt singapore can expect 5-6% inflations 1st half 2008.

my god, even Tbills, NTUC saving cannot fight 5-6%.
Will insurance rate increase to fight 5-6%?
even CPF will not make money with 3.5%. will will become of our retirement funds!!!

i think it's time to seriously consider shares, but risky...

Now it is a damn good time to buy, highly discounted. I buy until not enough cash liao but we are sitting on a paper lost of $120k. 10% discount to our portfollio. Technical Rebound detected.

Lost is still manageable. Not really alot. Always wipe out everything when "tsunami" comes.
10% off my total lor, simple calculation. I think recover some already, not looking too bad now.
Some contra, some pick up. Noon will be terrible again. More blood shed.

Invest your CPF funds lor. Do it before next April when they cap a cpf minimum.

A lot of companies have got good CPF investment funds, especially those China funds - I know of one, rose 300% in the last 3 years!

Oh, importantly, Try not to invest in those structured ones if u intend to buy a hse in the near future.. Make sure u can withdraw your $ when u need it
