Wonder if any of you has been to that particular joint before.

ok ambience, ok drinks and ok food...... but service is really below par there...

was there in the early morning, ordered drinks with friends, and my friends got all their coffee drinks, i didn't get mine (not coffee, but i think lychee drink or what)...

so i signalled the waiter to get me my drink.... sure enough, ONLY after 10 mins of waiting and my reminder, they finally passed me my drink....

no complimentary drink or snack or cake...

nvm....

upon payment, when we looked at the receipt, we saw the coffee drinks were well accounted for, as with my lychee drink, but there was ONE EXTRA ITEM IN THE BILL THAT NONE OF US HAS ORDERED.

instead of calculating backwards through the cash register, they refunded the EXACT value of the drink, without the GST and service charge.

Extremely poor service.

and to add, there was a rat that's roughly around 7 or 8 inches long that's running here and there, right at the entrance area where there are bushes. talk about hygiene!

so that's another blow to they extremely poor service, can't even keep the place clean.

i do hope the next few ppl who read my thread, reconsider going to that particular branch.... its really really lousy. :freakedout:

apparently no, who would go to a coffee joint at that time? they had like... 3 or 4 waiters/waitresses ard....

and the whole place is not even packed... not even 30% packed...

Relax la Bro, this is a sad trend in sg nowadays. i also had a similiar experience lor.
but i chose to have a private talk with the supervisor instead. :rock:
at least the crew is spared the humililation of being scolded.
they will be appreciative the next time i return. :biggrin4:

Wonder is it the same rat, which i saw also. Have already reflected to :biggrin4: the management long time ago. apparently nothing is being done.

went dere twice with my frenz to have a drink at night... service is really slow i would say cos getting the waiter attention to get our orders or bills is abit difficult. but ambience is gd, not very noisy.
