Total SGC$: 120.40 |  20% living here with income < $800
do you all noe that in singapore , 20% of the working population earn less than $800 per month... even with both parent working, the family only get $1600 in total , - CPF 20% == $1280.
$1280 , if the family has 2 kids. can u imagine how they live with it or not....:cry3: our government too good liao, but not to everyone

The paradox of the rich will get richer, and the poor will get poorer. Unless we work in sales, with much connections, it shouldn't be a problem earning more than 1.5k per month with commission isn't it?

i think most mid-age singaporean got problem earning > $1500, i think nowaday young people got no problem earning that much, but we do grow old, next time when we grow old, we also may not earn > $1500... government focus on future not the past...

if malay family, def no problem. coz they are well taken care of eg free schooling until certain level

hmmm... are u working now ? or u are a student? if u are working then r u in the government sector?

I am a part time student full time private sector worker. not from the government sector
