the enrollment package is very easy all u need to do is to fill up to form n send in by the dates they say

hmm I think there are other options such as pay via SAM and ibanking..
For SAM OCBC pay before end course registration closing date on the green form.. ibanking pay within the time period..

I think the easiest is SAM machine, just find one, Use ATM card, Press button and done.. no need to use cheque and iBanking etc..

I goin to pay $112 cos i trying for study loan and subsidy..
then get tertiary ezlink.. can go keep my NS-ezlink w BMT face...

Laptop is a must for all courses except nursing
but you can loan in from the school :]
for people in FMS, i think need apple laptop ah?

anyway i can meet you all in NP on the first day!
but i think just the SOE people?
cause we can eat at canteen 4 or canteen 3 which is near

dun need a very gd com but if ur laptop the specs can fight with the 1.6-2k laptop offered by the schl then i say go ahead and use ur own laptop but i not sure if u can install programs at cal2? and muz also make sure ur C drive got enough space to install everything needed if u using ur own laptop.

engineering people no need any special functions,
but you must bring your laptop to the school's NP helpdesk,
SOE de is located at blk 46/47 level 1
then they'll instead all the programs for you, take about 45 mins only
the most common that we use is scientific notebook for the mol

personally i like acer (laptop not desktop)
cause the 'aspire' series is cheap yet not bad,
my lecturer told us not to buy from the school if possible
cause you don't save alot, mostly $50-$150

i heard np only offers 3 brands nia. Acer, Lenova and Fujitsu.. And wth, i don like all the 3 brands that is available.. >.<

i wanted it at first too, the colours are so nice
the functions are like so damn lousy yet so expensive,
i rather get something more practical rather than
this useless laptop which is only nice in the surface
