3 x 13yo boy was charge committing rape in HK. They look innocent like a boy next door. There is a rule stating boys under 14yo is still not able to perform sex. So won't be charge with rape. What do you think? Can those at 13yo boy perform sex......

Law states anyone caught having sex with any male under 14 or/and any female under 16 will be jailed for having sex with a minor.
As the boys have committed rape, they will be charged according to their age. And since anyone caught committing an offence and is under the countrys legal age, they cannot be charged with that offence however will be placed into homes/welfare associations until the coming of age (18/21/24 [depending on the country])
So yeah, they got away scot free.. almost. In the sense of murder, they would be tested psychologically as well to see if there were any factors that made the child do such an act. Should he/she be found guilty and is under the age limit, he/she will placed into homes/etc. until the coming of age and transferred to jail where the other sentence will be carried out accordingly.
It all depends on their state of mind, current living status, parental upbringing for the sentences. Some of them only goes through the home while others get jailed.

But now they are not able to charge them for the rape as there are rule protecting them only they will be charge for molest.

Kids are now experimenting with sex at a much younger age than in the past. Thus, i wouldn't be surprised that 13yo boys will have the desire to have sex. | |

The thing is should they be protected by the rule.. and what will happen to the victim, she is also 13yo but she is not into experimenting sex.
