You guys may have heard me seeking suggestions on how to encourage more pictures of local events in our photos section. I think that we should reward those who contribute useful stuff for our members. Thus I'm giving this strategy a try.

I will offer S$10 for every set of photos that I decide to publish on the photo section. Here are the rules:

- Photos must capture what went on in the local event
- Photos must be original (from you) and not copied from some other sources
- Photos are to be zipped up and emailed to our review team: admin.sgclub [add] gmail [dot] com. Include your DBS/POSB bank account nos and type of account so we can send the money if we decide to use your photos.
- You will only get paid IF we decide to use your photos, so doesn't mean you send to us, means you will get paid. Thus, pls don't send us crap photos as you will be wasting your time and ours.

So the next time you go for any interesting local events, do go with your camera armed and you might earn a quick buck! Like I said, this is my 1st attempt at this, not sure how this will turn out, but we will tweak the rules as we go along.

Erms, it can be edited in such that it is the REAL thing. Erms, perhaps you should elaborate on your conditions more or else you will be spammed lots in your mail.

haha, tks. guess let's keep it simple for now and say that these are to big RAW photos, no editing then.

and when i mean local events, i'm referring more to Singapore events and not SGC events (at least not for now). Singapore events meaning things like chingay, NDP, Subaru Challenge, Zoukout, etc. Stuff like this? Basically interesting things going on around Singapore....

Actually.. I honestly dont care about the money. Just that it's my interest (and principles) to add a personal touch to my photos.. especially photos taken during outings with special friends! ^^
