Sadako is a Japanese horror movie directed by Tsutomu Hanabusa casting Ishihara Satomi, Koji Seto and Yusuke Yamamoto.
The plot of Sadako goes this way that a high school teacher by the name Akane learns from a rumor that there is actual suicide footage of someone on the Internet and if anyone sees it, he or she will also commit suicide. However, Akane does not believe on the rumor initially but after one of her student dies after watching the footage, she and her boyfriend Takanori are drawn into the horror.
Sadako movie is based on Koji Suzuki's novel. The movie is in 3D and 2D but a special 4D version was screened at Kadokawa Cinema in Shinjuku on June 7.
