If any member wishes to form a community living in his/her area, the best place to find such instant friends is at his/her community centre/club. CCs have a Youth Executive Committee that comprises of voluntary executive members - Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, etc. who meet once a month to organize programmes and activities for the youths living in and around the neighborhood. Activities can range from group tours to camping -all the kinds of stuff for youths and the best part is, such activities are subsidized by the People's Association.  It is not the place, nor the condition, but the mind alone that can make anyone happy or miserable.
