no internet access is not an excuse since he is still studying so therefore he should have been able to access internet from school or anything...furthermore he has my card,there is no reason why he cant contact me,
and also he knows where am i located,
at the end of the day its whether he wants to contact us not we contact him
its a matter of how much importance he has placed in us.
