 Commercial Vehicle Going JB
My friend's hubby recently bought a 2nd hand Isuzu Double cab. They want to go JB for some light shopping. The license plate starts with "GN". How and where do they apply for the "pass" or wat. I tried searching the internet for them but can't find anything. |
