Your comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated, at certain areas you are very right. I really like people like you that have ideas to "upgrade/improve" the club. I see your point for the "Separation of levels", we will look into it and hopefully giving you a satisfactory answer/explanation. At any point of time, Mr Terry will review the Staff performance and do the necessary actions. As you know, this club is still in a early stage, moving forward we will have some shuffling in club in terms of personnels and rules.
Thanks,

Well said! Sounds like a professional spokesman. Nice that you included your name, title, mobile & email.

Yeah, I know what I wrote expresses your feelings.

I only mind because you deleted some words which broke the sentence & made it meaningless.
I hope you will replace the broken sentence because 1) it doesn't look good for the club 2) it's sad to see my sentence broken like that.
If it's ok, here are a few choices that you can use:
Q: What is the club about?
A:
1) It's about Friendship & Love!
2) It's where you can enjoy yourself, widen your circle of friends & maybe find the one you love!
3) Making new friends, contributing to a great community of fun-loving people & maybe finding your soul mate!
4) Join & then you'll know! We promise fun, fun & fun!
As for copyright...no kidding.

For the purpose of explanation =>
http://209.85.175.104/search?q=cache...n&ct=clnk&cd=1 "The Internet, inarguably one of the most remarkable developments in international communication and information access, is fast becoming a lair of copyright abuse. The notion of freedom of information and the ease of posting, copying and distributing messages on the Internet may have created a false impression that text and graphic materials on World Wide Web sites, postings in "usenet" news groups, and messages distributed through e-mail lists and other electronic channels are exempt from copyright statutes.
....Copyright protection encompasses Web page textual content, graphics, design elements, as well as postings on discussion groups.
.....Generally speaking, facts may not be copyrighted; but content related to presentation, organization and conclusions derived from facts certainly can be. Never assume that anything is in the "public domain" without a statement to that effect."

"
These days, almost all things are copyrighted the moment they are written, and no copyright notice is required.
....Postings to the net are not granted to the public domain, and don't grant you any permission to do further copying except perhaps the sort of copying the poster might have expected in the ordinary flow of the net."

I only mention what I see.

And 2 new members were ignored in the early part of the thread.

| I do not see why there is a need to report everything so detail what the management do? | |
| | |
That's what I mean by separation between "management" & "members".
If you had made it clear about the personal details & photo submission in the beginning, you might not have lost a member (or maybe even others that you don't know about).

| There is a need of separation coz they have a post and duty to carry out to make sure the club run well if u think management level is higher level , i guess u are wrong. Member is just like our client or customer , we providing a service to them and somemore we are not paid. | |

Well, saying that members are like your clients/customers, is already establishing the separation.

Also...the comparison between members & customers/clients is...amusing.

Whether paid service or not...that is beside the point.
Anyway...I guess we have our own ideas. But I believe we have good intentions.
So, let me just add that I support your good intentions & mission here.
