Did anyone had bad experiences with those beauty salons?

For example, I went to quite a number of beauty salons before. There are some which practically force / insist you to get those cosmetics etc which do s*** for you. Those people just rattle and rattle and rattle.
When we tell them we got better stuffs, they start to doubt you and shoot all sort of questions at you as if you are a noob.

Another example is that they convince you to go for their treatment. When you paid for it and go for the treatment, they will cheat you as in they will ask you to sign up for another treatment and as a result you pay more. Another type is that they only have half the job done. Yes I know I have the right to reject, as a first-timer (at that point of time), how would I know what's right and what's wrong?

I am not really complaining here but I just want some to know that don't be convinced into signing up for those treatments which do crap for you. & They usually will start rattling about their products & most of the time the products don't work. So you can just say.. I am not interested. -_-
