Yes, it's screened it SG some time ago. However, it's worth acquiring the DVD and watch it again.
There are many scenes and scenarios where it takes personal experience and immersion into REAL LIFE situation before the full impact and meaning can be appreciated. An example is the tough balance between the job + responsibility as a rescuer and a family man cum husband.
In addition, listen carefully to the lessons (sentences & statements) taught to his students as he trains them. And chew through why he applies such 'unorthodox' methods for his training.
