it really depends on the individual project mgrs though.. my colleague's pm was nice, increased her salary by $200 each yr (but she started off with a lower-than-average pay though..)
however, mine was quite stingy.. he wanted to extend my contract W/O increasing a single cent for me! wth?? so i decided not to stay there anymore.. felt so unappreciative.. but i gotta admit that i got to slack A LOT there.. muahahaha..!!
