I think we need a specific time to meet up. Have we booked yet? This place, they full house pretty fast, if I'm not wrong. 
A few things to cfm with attendees
1) Venue of meetup
2) Cfm attendance by when?
3) Look out for who? [shayne/sparco.. etc?] - Any contact numbers you guys can provide in case anyone runs late?
4) Time of meetup? [maybe can give a range so that latecomers who are not able to make it can make plans to go themselves]
