go search online and find whats called a proper diet structure, kind of food you should eat
btw you know nature farm, gnc, those shops? if you got the cash, go there and buy yourself some hardcore protien bottles.
if not try online sites such as tsw.com.sg where they do cash on delivery service.
eat not by mass, but by as often as you can, and exercise. by exercise means you put in effort, get the muscles working, feel the strain and soreness the next day.
with a good diet structure and proper supplementing, though the latter is not always necessary, wil get you weight gains. and with proper rest, meaning you get at least 7 - 8 hours a day, is necessary for muscle recovery and growth.
