There are pros and cons in this arrangement...
If the student is really intelligent, It'll be an asset to skip the hassle of taking exams...
But if that student is just lucky, then he/she will risk getting thrown back in singapore when the grades produced is not up to expectations...
Then waste parents' money sending them there...
