4 Eggs
15oz of Chicken stock
1.5 tsp light soy sauce
6 small shrimps (peeled) or artifical crab meat
1/2 chicken breast (deboned & diced)
6 muchroom (sliced)
1 tablesthingy chopped scallions

Method
1. In a bowl, beat eggs lightly & add chicken broth & soy sauce. Skim foam from surface with a sthingy. Strain.
2. Divide chicken, shrimp & mushrooms among 6 small heat resistant cups.
3. Pour strained egg chicken stock mixture over meat & veg to cover. Garnish with scallions.
4. Steam egg cups for 25min over medium heat (boil water first).
haha...i will rember how to make chawanmushi de...coz my new chef first dae came in the first dae he teach mi how to do de...some mrn i oso lk to eat chawanmushi de...lolz...
