Okie. Let's change the date, since the bdae girl requests for it. lol. Since Sparco is working on Fri & Sat, put it 18th May, Sunday, Afternoon. Then rabbit next day not too tired, Sparco can go too. =]

Why not just fixed a day where the bday girl would be best comfortable with , with those who can make it just join in first.
For the next gathering, if there are more ppl, we can even book those VIP rooms with the Pool table like the one at marina square. I think those super big ones can sit up to 20+.

Bdae girl fixs it 18th May. =] Everyone just do a final confirmation with me, n I would proceed to inform everyone, n book the venue.
If next gathering more people, yep, we can book the VIP room. Gd idea. But I suggest still, book 2 rooms- 1 VIP, 1 small room. People can rotate rooms if they want. VIP rooms would be more suitable to people who wanna socialise more, play pool. If all 20 people are to sing in a room, the person who realli wanna sing, realli have to wait until siao, and it's really not easy to sing in front of 20 people, when the person may be shy or not confident of his/her voice.
btw, thanks alot for your suggestion, dude. this meeting wont have been possible, without the help from helpful members like you!
